We do not offer refunds, as each order is processed with precision and care.

Additional non-returnable items:

To maintain hygiene, exclusivity, and quality standards, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional campaigns
  • Customized orders, including bridal pre-bookings or made-to-measure pieces
  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers
  • Downloadable content, such as digital lookbooks or styling guides
  • Accessories (e.g. laces, buttons, embellishments) sold separately
  • Personal care items (e.g. masks, innerwear, or any item marked as intimate)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following conditions before requesting a return or exchange:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof Required: Clear photos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders, sale items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. Our team will verify the request and confirm eligibility
  4. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Timeframe & Delivery

Once your exchange request is approved and the returned item is received:

  • Your replacement item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability
  • You will receive a tracking number once the new item is shipped

We strive to process exchanges promptly, but delays may occur during peak seasons or promotional campaigns.
